I've been thinking about Thor a lot today, and basically, for all the work they put into "rebooting the series for a wider audience" in ragnarok, what they've actually done is made damn sure that there can never be another Thor movie by parceling the characters to other franchises, fundamentally altering them, and just basically throwing the whole franchise away.

Which, like, wooooof. That's its whole own post probably, but what a mess.
