I really, really, highly recommend giving the OST a listen, and then, if you like it, checking out stuff about the Off Broadway version. They'll be On-Broadway soon, and... man, even though I prefer the vocals (and a lot of the cast) of the OST, they've improved everything about the show in so many wonderful ways.
This is my first time really caring about a musical--like, to the extent I am, anyway. I liked some movie versions of stuff like Chicago, I really REALLY like the Hamilton soundtrack, Heathers and Dear Evan Hansen is AWESOME, etc, but. I've never truly cared about a musical enough to keep up with the behind-the-scenes and the actual fandom like I am now.
So this is all just so new and exciting for me, haha.
